Charge of Stores at Naval College, Portsmouth

Whereas we have had under consideration arrangements for the better custody of and accounting for the Stores belonging to the Naval College at Portsmouth ;
And whereas we consider it advisable that the Lieutenant appointed for service with the Acting Sub-Lieutenants at the College should have the charge of and account for these Stores, and should receive an allowance of one shilling a day for the performance of this duty.
We beg leave to recommend that Your Majesty will be graciously pleased by Your Order in Council to sanction this arrangement. .
The Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have signified their concurrence herein.
