Allowances for Training Services on H.M.S. "Black Prince."

Whereas it has become necessary to establish an additional Training Ship for Boys to train the largely increased number of Seamen now required, in consequence of the development of the Fleet.
And whereas we have decided to commission one of Your Majesty's Ships as a Training Establishment and to station her at Queenstown.
We beg leave to recommend that Your Majesty may be graciously pleased by Your Order in Council to sanction the payment of the allowances set forth in the accompanying Schedule in connexion with the Training Service carried out in Your Majesty's Ship " Black Prince " or other vessel commissioned for this purpose.
The Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have signified their concurrence in this proposal.
