Allowance to the Engineer Officer in charge of Reserve Stores and Torpedo Boats at Bermuda

Admiralty Order in Council No. 127.

14 August, 1896.

A.G.

Whereas we have had under our consideration the pay and position of the Engineer Officer in charge of Reserve Stores and Torpedo Boats at Bermuda ;

And whereas we are of opinion that, in consideration of the responsible nature of these duties, he should be paid n allowance of One Shilling a day ;

We beg leave to recommend that Your Majesty may be graciously pleased, by Your Order in Council, to sanction payment of such an allowance to take effect from 11 August 1895.

The Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have signified their concurrence in this proposal.
