Allowance to Naval Schoolmaster conducting Night School, Torpedo School Ship, Devonport

Whereas by Your Majesty's Order in Council of the 15th of March 1893, an allowance of 1s. a day is granted to each of the Naval Schoolmasters selected to conduct the Night Schools on board the following of Your Majesty's Ships : -

Gunnery School Ship at Portsmouth,
Torpedo School Ship at Portsmouth,
Gunnery School Ship at Devonport.

And whereas it has become necessary to select a Naval Schoolmaster to hold Night School on board Your Majesty's Torpedo School Ship at Devonport.

We therefore beg leave to recommend that Your Majesty may be graciously pleased by Your Order in Council to extend payment of this allowance to the Naval Schoolmaster conducting Night School on board Your Majesty's Torpedo School Ship at Devonport.

The Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have signified their concurrence in this proposal.
