Admiralty Order in Council No. 110.

Whereas, in consequence of the increased duties of the Inspecting Captain of Boys Training Ships, additional work and responsibility devolve upon the Officer of the Accountant Staff who acts as his Clerk ;

And whereas we are of opinion that this Officer should be granted, in addition to his pay, an allowance similar to that which is paid, under certain of Your Majesty's Orders in Council, to Senior Officers Clerks at various places abroad, viz., 2s. 6d. a day ;

We beg leave humbly to recommend that Your Majesty will be graciously pleased by Your Order in Council, to sanction payment of the same from 1st April 1900.

The Lord Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have signified their concurrence in this proposal.
