Whereas it is necessary to effect certain alterations in the Regulations for the conduct of Your Majesty�s Naval Service, established under Order in Council of Her late Majesty and under Your Majesty's Order in Council of the 9th day of February 1901 ; We beg leave most humbly to present herewith, for Your Majesty's gracious consideration and sanction, a copy of Addenda to the said Regulations, dated March, 1901, which Addenda contain the alterations in question.

The assent of Your Majesty's Treasury has been received from time to time to such alterations as required their concurrence.
