Whereas under Appendix VI., part 2, page 1,087 of the Regulations for the Government of Your Majesty's Naval Service, it is provided that the Senior Chief, or other Armourer in Gunnery Schools shall receive an allowance of 7d, a day ;

And whereas we are of opinion that the duties of the Senior Chief or other Armourer in Torpedo Schools are of equal responsibility ,

We beg leave humbly to recommend that Your Majesty will be graciously pleased by Your Order in Council to approve of the payment of an allowance of 7d. a day to the Senior Chief or other Armourer in the Torpedo Schools from 1st April 1901.

The Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have signified their concurrence herein.
