Whereas no provision is made in the Regulations for the government of Your Majesty's Naval Service to meet the case of an Officer not entitled to Half Pay being dismissed his ship abroad by sentence of Court Martial :

And whereas we are of opinion that it is desirable that such cases should be specially considered, aid if we deem it advisable such Officer may be replaced on Ship's Books and receive Full Pay from the date of the Court Martial :

We humbly recommend that Your Majesty will, by Your Order in Council, sanction the necessary alteration being made in the Regulations for the Government of Your Majesty's Naval Service :

The Lords Commissioners of Your Majesty's Treasury have signified their concurrence in this proposal.
