1900 Nebraska Census with Henry S. & Elizabeth Church

Trying to analyze this information using  the above excerpt from the 1900 US Census Form.   It seems the census information is mixed up.

I have found many mistakes in other census and it looks like the age and year born are mixed up with Henry Church.  Our records show that Henry Church was
born in 1845 .  Because the census was taken in June at Henry's last birthday he would have been 56, not 44.  Elizabeth was born (according to our records) in
1848, so in 1900 she should be 52.  What I find interesting is, "Mother of how many children"  She says 7 with 6 living.  Where are the others?  We have an Ester
in the 1880 census.  Is she the one who is not living?  We are still missing 2 living children.
All comments are appreciated!  Of course, if Elizabeth gave the census information, she might not have understood the questions,
if she were a full-blood Delaware Indian, according to family legend.

This census is extracted from the 1900 Census of Nebraska.   It was taken the 2nd day of June 1900, in Franklin Co, Riverton Village, Washington township.
Notice:
Henry S. Church says he was born in Ohio, his father was born in New York, and his mother was born in Ohio.
In this census Elizabeth (Anderson) Church says she was born in Ohio, her father was born in Delaware, and her mother was born in Ohio.
