Martha: born 1830, died Nov. 1862, Mt. Vernon, Jefferson County, Illinois
John: born 11/1/ 1822, Stark, Ohio
Census 1860 John was a Farmer in Jefferson Co, Mt. Vernon, Illinois
value of personal property $150.With his brother-in-law, Stephen F Sratton they engaged in the dry good business at a New Lexington, Ohio.
As a farmer he was well known for his prize peaches and grapes.

Married Antoinette (Nettie) Marie Thorn in Mt. Vernon, Illinois on 3/18/1875
Edward: born 2/28/1853, d 12/24/1926, St. Louis, Missouri
Antoinette: born 1859, Knox, Indiana
Census: 1900 Edward was a Tinner in Pigeon, Vanderburgh Co. Indiana

Their Daughter:
*Martha Eliza Ellis Married Frank Kelsey Morris Martha: born Oct. 24, 1866, in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
She died 1/10/1916 at home in Wilder, Johnson County, Kansas
Buried: Riverview Cemetery, Pike County, Missouri
Cause of Death: “La Grippe”, pneumonia and complications from pregnancy.
The death was recorded in the city of Louisiana, Pike County, Missouri

Frank: born Aug, 13 1883 in city of Louisiana, Pike County, Missouri
He died May 18, 1952 St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri
Cause of Death: Chronic myocarditis and pneumonia.
He was the field foreman for Kelsey Nurseries.
Frank’s mother’s family tree is the FitzRandolph’s who settled in Massachusetts in 1630.
One of his direct ancestors was Gisele, Daughter of the King of France and another direct
ancestor was a signer of the Magna Carta.

*Wilbur Kelsey Morris Pringle
Married June Gertrude Monaco in Farrell, Mercer County, Pennsylvania
Wilbur: born 1/16/1916 in Wilder, Johnson County, Kansas
He died 11/4/2000 in Overland Park, Johnson County, Kansas
He donated his body to research at the Kansas University Medical Center
He was cremated.
Wilbur was adopted by Earl and Alice Pringle in Bonner Springs, Johnson County, Kansas
Education: Attended the University of Kansas
Wilbur “Bill” served in the Army as a Sargent in WWII and was present at
the "The Battle of the Bulge". Recipient of Purple Heart

Three living daughters born in Farrell, Pennsylvania
