William LEARN

Fam bible shows b-date to be abt 1829. The 1834 date was estimated many years ago when the bible was not available. The Canadian 1881 census shows him born abt 1829 and a widower. The census was taken in the Spring of 1881 and he married Sarah Jane Misener in October.


Sarah Jane MISENER

Sarah Jane Misener was a sister to my great grandmother Catherine Misener.
When Catherine Misener died in childbirth as she was having twins --one
died -a girl- and the twin girl named Florence Azubra Catherine Wilson
lived. Florence was my grandmother. The sister Sarah Jane Learn raised
the daughter Florence.


Angelina

Vera's mother Angie was married to Charley Ugolini. The daughter

Vera ---Charley was her stepfather and was there during her growing up years.
I am not sure when Vera's real father died.


Eliza Ann MAIER

Eliza Ann Maier is the second wife of Jacob Learn. Elizabeth Rumage
is the first wife whom he married in 1780.

Franziest HERSCHE

Franziest is sometimes spelled Franzist.
Franziest is Swiss for Frances. His wife Engel Darig is sometimes
spelled Dorig.


Engel DARIG

Darig also spelled Dorig with an umlaut(double dot) over the letter o.


Andrew HERSCHE Rev.

Andrew was thought to be my 4th GG Father but he is a brother to my
4th GG Father who is Christian.
 He is Judith Hart's direct ancestor.


Mary Catharine SCHNABLEY

Mary Catharine and Andrew md. 1725 in Lancaster, Pa.

 

Catharine HERSHEY

All ordinances cleared for Catherine in LA --I believe 1981.
THe "abt" birthdate on Catherine given by TIB.


Adli (Odie) HERSHEY

Adli work done as male by me 23 Apr 1981 LA oops -Judith Hart

good records say Adli is female. The "abt" birthdate on Adli
given by TIB.


Greth LAMERE

Greth Lamere also written as Margareth Lammler with an umlaut over the
letter a in Lammler. This name shows the introduction of French
Huguenot blood.


Barbara PETERER
