"Scott Funk Hershey" records as having birthdate of 1535--.This was
incorrect. The official parish record shows 1510. Musler also written with an
umlaut over the letter u.
In the parish records it says
that possibly Hans Hersche living in 1403
is the father of Ueli but I think that would make Hans to old at the
birth of Ueli--there must be a missing generation. However, it is
Possible that Hans had Ueli when he was 72 but not likely.
In 1981, I was told that Ueli
Hersche and his wife,Mrs. Ueli Hersche,
would be put into the "Controlled Extraction Program".

All: At the time of their marriage, Daniel M. Brown was from Fulton, Illinois
and Elizabeth A. Murphy was from New Philadelphia, Indiana. Daniel was a
farmer.

All: Myrtle's 1st hus Edwin abandoned her when her only son Ted was 6 mos. old. She then divorced him. This must have been after about 1923-24 at least. Presently, Ted lives in Chesterfield, S. Carolina. He and Iona had 2 sons Steve and Rick. Iona probably died sometime between 1985-90.
