This Benjamin died in 1712. Now, for Daniel Harrison we can find him on 1704 quit rents for Surry and I have found (somewhere) mention of a land deed for him in May 1711 in Surry County.. I have not checked the deed. But if this Daniel happened to be the son of Benjamin and died before his father then he wouldn't be mentioned in the Will. Benjamin just says "all grandchildren" and doesn't bother naming them.

HARRISON, Nathaniel Box 48, Pack 1109
Will dated Sept 7, 1820 in Abbeville Dist. Proved Feb. 26, 1821. Exr:
Wife: Rebecca HARRISON. Wit: Robt HARRISON, Jno MORRIS, R. W. WASHINGTON.
Chn: Elizabeth, Heartwell (Harwell?), Hubbard, Alfred, Bradford, Eaton, Gilbert HARRISON. Owned property in Virginia.

We have deeds that show Nathaniel purchasing land on Joseph's Swamp and then Nathaniel Harrison in his Will conveying this land to his son Benjamin. So that might explain why we see Benjamin Harrison's name popping up with the Underhills, Nibletts, Weaver etc and note the name John Mason as witness to Nathaniel's will.
