My page is dedicated to my ancestors who came before me, and without whom I would not be the person I am today.
The Edwards moved to Dickenson County Virginia around 1854. They were of the Primitive Baptist Faith and Lewis Edwards was an Early Elder of the Sandlick Church. The Edwards’ can be traced to "Fighting Dick" Colley who was the first settler in the Sandlick area.
