The Heirs of Aaron Vickery dec'd.

The Admix. of A. Vickery

In this case the application of the petitioners - towit; Jno. Sansom & 
wife, Mary Sansom, W. Anderson, A. W. Vickery, and Elisha Vickery who
are grown & adult heirs of the said Aaron Vickery, dec'd, and by and with 
the Concurrance  of the said admix. being personally in Open Court, is granted,
and it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the said Mary Vickery admix. as 
aforesaid Make letters, to the said land respective quantity of towit 
- 232 1/2 acres to each of petitioners according to the prayer of their petition, 
and the said Mary in this judgment  and decree represents the Minor heirs: towit;
Matthew Vickery, Hardin Vickery, Vance Vickery, Lucinda Vickery, and
Jane Vickery as their guardian & Be it further adjudged that the said
settlement according to the prayer of their petition is estopped from
any further participation in the estate of said Aaron Vickery dec'd. and
they do hereby release to the said Minor heirs all their rights to, the
interest in, Claim in and to the balance of the estate of said Vickery
dec'd.

Thereupon Court Adjourned until Court in County
