County of Polk     }
Know all men by these presents:
That I Mrs. Elizabeth Larimore, a widow, of the County of Polk, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, to me in hand paid by W. B. Munson have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey, unto the said W. B. Munson of the County of Polk, State of Texas, all that certain parcel or tract of land situated in Polk Co. Texas, apart of the M. L. Choate League and being the west part of a tract of land bought from J. W. Cochran & Co. on Nov. 9, 1903 and released on April 23rd 1904 as per Polk County
Records Book 21 page 603 & also Book 20 page 499 _6 and described by metes and bounds to wit:  Beginning at the N.W. corner of said tract which is also Mr. Stanley's corner on the Liberty Co. road, thence in an easterly direction 145 feet and six inches.  Thence in a southernly
direction 148 feet to deLamorton Ave.  Thence in a westernly direction 100 feet to the Liberty Road, thence in a northernly direction along the Liberty County road to place of beginning 107 feet containing 1/2 an acre more or less.

It is understood and agreed that all young fruit trees and flowers now upon the above place and the sweet potato crop thereon are resurved by Mrs. Elizabeth Larimore, which shall all be moved off  by Jan. 1st 1905.

To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and apputenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said W. B. Munson heirs and assigns, forever and I do hereby bind myself, heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said premises unto the said W. B. Munson his heirs and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.

Before me, S. F. Hill, a Notary Public, in and for Polk County, Texas, on this day personally appeared Mrs. Elizabeth Larimore (a feme sole) known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that she executed the same for the
purpose and consideration therein expressed.
