 Will of Hesse E. Musgrove

I, H.E. Musgrove of said County and State being of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have the strength so to do, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others heretofore made.

1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.

2nd I desire and direct that my just debts be paid without delay by my executors to be hereafter appointed.

3rd I give, bequeath and demise to my beloved grandchildren Linton Miller, Sidney Miller, Albertus Miller, Annie Miller, William Miller, Gibb Miller and Ana Miller share and share alike, all the property both real personal and mixed that I may be possessed of as well as any and all property that I may become entitled to in any manner subsequent to my death.

4th I direct that all of the property herein bequeathed shall be kept together except such as is hereinafter named until the youngest of my said grandchildren shall have arrived at the age of maturity or shall be married.

5th  I direct that my executors hereinafter named shall dispose of any surplus of personal property that may accrue in such manner as to them may seem best, they my executors to keep a full and correct account of all personal property disposed of and have the proceeds thereof on hand at the final partition of my estate to be divided as herein provided.

6th  I direct that all of my said grandchildren remain on the place on which I now reside and keep up the farm as I have done in my lifetime.

7th  I direct my executors to use and appropriate all the revenue and profits arising from the property herein bequeathed to the support and education of my said grandchildren herein named until said property is finally divided as herein provided.

8th  I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved grandsons Linton Miller and Sidney Miller sole executors of this my last will and testament without bond for their due and legal performance of the same.

9th  I direct that at my death this my last will and testament be recorded as provided by law and that no further proceedings be had in court pertaining to this my last will and testament.

10th  I direct my executors to furnish my brother D.P. Taylor twenty acres of land in the farm and a comfortable house during his natural life.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 25th day of July, AD 1890.
