Mrs. Cavanaugh Expires Saturday

    "Mrs. Wallace Cavanaugh, a member of one of the pioneer families of Polk County, expired Saturday morning, April 30th, at the age of 78.
    "At the time of her death, Mrs. Cavanaugh was living in the home of her sister, Mrs. Jerry Harrison. 
    "Mrs. Cavanaugh was a native of Polk County, and with the exception of a short time, had spent her life around Livingston.  She made her home for the past twelve years with Mrs. Harrison. 
    "In addition to Mrs. Harrison, she is survived by two other sisters: Mrs. Clita Gay of Cleveland and Mrs. Lucy Wyatt of Romayer; a step-daughter, Mrs. Hettie Pate of Woodville, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  A host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
    "Funeral services were held at the Hubert family cemetery, Polk County, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with Dr. W.B. Wadsworth, officiating, after which she was laid to rest beside her late husband, who died in 1930.
    "Pallbearers were nephews and grandsons of the deceased; Bob Hubert, Bert Pate, Mart Gay, Luby Harrison, Bert Barclay, and Carl Vinson."
