*Note:  The death certificate of James T. Hullet shows his death as July 24, 1930.  His parents are listed as William O. Hullett and Mary Jane Hale and his occupation was an engineer.  This obituary should read James T. Hullett instead of James M. Hullett. James had a brother named J. M. Hullett, but he did not reside in Simpson Co., KY.

James M. Hullett Dies Thursday Morning
Had Been an Engineer for Milling Company for the Past Thirty Years

James M. Hullett, aged 69 years, died at his home here Thursday morning of last week.  He was a sufferer from Bright's disease.

For almost 30 years he was engineer for the Franklin Milling Company and was everywhere regarded as an honest, upright man and citizen.

He was twice married and is survived by his second wife and two sons, Fred Hullett, of St. Louis; Willie Hullett, of Illinois, and one daughter, Mrs. Mattie Taylor, of Portland.

*James Hullett's first wife was Janie Taylor, daughter of William K. Taylor and Elizabeth Draper Taylor.  She is buried in the Highland Cemetery in Bryan Co., Ok.  Researcher Carlynn Taylor Brimage.
