Portland, Oct. 12, Mr. William Jones died at his home, this palce, Monday morning, October 8, after a long illness of dropsy, age 78 years. Funeral services were conducted at the home of Rev. G. B. Bush and interment at Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
