Age 85, of Cottontown passed away Monday, November 7, 2005, at TCMC of Portland. She was born in Robertson County on June 9, 1920, to the late Lercie and Lovella Lane. She is survived by her husband, Melvin Leon Durrett; one daughter, one son, all of Cottontown; 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 6 brothers, and 4 sisters. Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Lowell Harris officiating. Interment was at Hillcrest Cemetery in White House.
