Not Buried in Adler Branch Cemetery; 
They had at least Four children born to this union (Based on 1850 Census)

   3 2nd. Dau: EMILY ATCHLEY;     b. 1845 m. Jesse MORRIS, ?Ch.
   4 3rd. Dau: MARY ATCHLEY;      b. 1849

[REF:# 1.6 pg50 ATCHLEY FAMILY HISTORY, by Maud Horn has No 
information on this Family. NOTE: Maude Horn wrote on page 50 that 
Washington Atchley was born about 1816, other record show about 1820..prs

No Census record was recorded for Sevier Co., TN until the 1830 [REF:#5] 
Census, and we have identified WASHINGTON ATCHLEY, age 10 living 
with his family. (See Father's FGS for 1830 Census)

In the 1840  [REF:#6] Census, for Sevier County, Tn. we have identified 
WASHINGTON ATCHLEY age 20 living with his parents and brothers and 
sisters. (See Father's FGS for 1840 Census)

WASHINGTON ATCHLEY age 21 apparently married the next year in 1841 
to Miss LYDIA LINDSEY, for in the 1850 Census for Sevier Co., TN. 
We find him farming (No Value of Farm) Next to brother (F.G.607) 
WILLIAM R. ATCHLEY and adjoining (F.G. 609) 
JOSEPH & DELIAH (Unknown) GAUT 
 (M-432, State Reel 895, Pg. 859, F.G. 608)
  H/H WASHINGTON ATCHLEY,        age 30 b. 1820 TN. "Farmer" $0
  Wife: LYDIA (LINDSEY)          age 27 b. 1823 TN. "Keepinh House"
  1. 1st Son: JOHN ATCHLEY,      age  8 b. 1842 TN. "School"
  2. 1st Dau: ELIZABETH ATCHLEY, age  7 b. 1843 TN. "School"
  3. 2nd Dau: EMILY ATCHLEY,     age  5 b. 1845 TN.
  4. 4rd Dau: MARY ATCHLEY,      age  1 b. 1849 TN.

This was the last record of WASHINGTON ATCHLEY found in Tennessee. 
He was NOT in the indexes of 1860, 1870, Etc., Must have left the 
Tennessee, Area. 

Mae Berting  [REF:#53] writes that this family
left Sevier Co., TN. in the early 1850's and moved to Jasper Co., MO. where
they remained until death. She alo indicates his name was
George Washington ATCHLEY.
