Just north of 1960 on Northgate Forest is an U-turn break in the median.  Park in the U-turn and look to the West.  You'll see a break in the brush line and the remains of a gate (at 30° 00.114, -95° 28.557).  Proceed down the dirt path about 200 yards and you'll see the cemetery off to the right (see the photos).
