The only access to this cemetery is via
northbound I-610W. Take the first exit after the tall bridge
over Buffalo Bayou/Ship Channel. Continue on the northbound
feeder road to the last turn around. Follow it around and turn
right into the Port of Houston Main Entrance. The cemetery entrance
is immediately to the right (see photos).

(and under significantly drier conditions <g>)
It was too wet to get back to this area during the last visit.
After passing through the gate, bear to the left at about a 45° angle.
You walk back about 30 feet and curve to the left into a grove of
trees. Hopefully there will be at least a faint trail through
the grass.
Note the ship channel bridge in the background behind the tree branch.
Time is taking its toll.
Walley is an exception. His grave can be found a short way back
to the right after you enter the gate.
Maybe somebody knows why poor Walley was so outcast from the other
cemetery residents?
