Parents of Marguerite Clerge were Claude and Francoise Lavergne
Notes: The three brothers John, Martin and Louis were present in River Bourgeois in 1811. It appears that Martin moved to L'Ardoise while Louis joined his brothers Pierre and Gabriel (Joseph) in D'Escousse. Marguerite (sister) married Simon Fougere and remained in River Bourgeois along with Jean (John).
John and Louis were among seven who petitioned for land at RB in 1804 and 1807. In the 1807 petition the group states that they have settled on the land since 1789 (others were Peter, John, Thomas and Benoni Landry as well as Louis Boucher).
In 1813 both Lewis 38 wife and 4 children 1B 3G and Martin 36 wife and 5 children 1B 4G are still at RB.
