Wayne Glenn notes in his book, "Ozark of the Ozarks", that John Garrison spent many years in the Billings (MO) area before his death in 1927.

John Allen Fielden [Parents] 1, 2, 3 was born 4, 5, 6 on 6 Apr 1853 in MO. He died 7 27 or 28 Nov 1932 in [MO] and was buried 8 in Weaver Cem; Ozark, Christian co, MO. John married Elizabeth Estes.
Wayne Glenn notes in his book, "Ozark of the Ozarks" (pg 56) that "John's dad had moved to the Ozarks with the family before 1870".
It is also stated that the John Fielden family lived in the Hopedale District "near the Greens and the Breazeales."On the Christian county Missouri web site, in the Weaver Cemetery, there is a Malinda Fielden (24 May 1875 - 10 June 1883) shown as the daughter of John & Elizabeth (Estes) Fielden; however she is not shown in the hh in the 1880 census --- if she is a d/o John & Elizabeth then the birth date for her of for Mary F. would be wrong as Mary is shown to have been born 15 Feb 1875.
Elizabeth Estes 1, 2, 3 was born 4, 5 on 13 Apr 1846 in KY. She died 6 on 27 Nov 1918 in [MO]. Elizabeth married John Allen Fielden.

I'm speculating that Elizabeth married again after her husband's (John Tolbert Cave, Sr) death in 1853. The 1880 census for Linden, Christian co, MO shows Elizabeth, listed as "Mother" in the hh of John Tolbert Cave, Jr; also in the hh are three "brothers" of John's whose birth years, according to the ages given in the census, would have been about 1862, 1864 and 1867.
There's also the possibility that the original recording of John (Sr's) death was incorrect and that these are his and Elizabeth's sons.
Elizabeth Preston 1, 2, 3 was born 4, 5, 6 about 1827 in [Roane co, TN]. She died 7, 8 after 1880. Elizabeth married [2nd h/o Elizabeth (Preston) Cave] [Cave].
