88 Perez Raymond Deed From John Bush

Know all men by these presents that I John Bush of Bristol in the County of
Addison & State of Vermont, for the consideration of the sum of four hundred & twenty
dollars current money of the United States, received in full to my satisfaction of
Peres Raymond of Bristol (aforesaid) the receipt whereof I do acknowledge, have
given, granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do give, grant, bargain
sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Perez, his heirs & assigns forever one
certain piece or parcel of land, lying & being in Bristol aforesaid Viz. The
Second Division Lot drawn to the original right of Albert Baker [lot 29], proprietor
in Bristol aforesaid --

To have and to hold the above granted
and bargained premises with all the privileges & apppurtenances thereof & thereto
belonging to him the said Perez Raymond, his heirs, and assigns to his & their
own proper use, benefit, & behoof forever. And I the said John Bush, do for myself
my heirs, executors, administrators & assign covenant to, & with the said Perez, his
heirs, executor, administrator & assigns [sic], that at, and until the insealing of these
presents I am well seized of the premises in fee simple, that I have good right &
lawful authority to bargain & sell the same in manner & form as is above written;
that they are free & clear of all incumbrances; and that I will warrant & defend
the same against all lawful claims & demands of any person or persons
whatsoever --- In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal
this tenth day of October, Anno Domini one thousand Eight hundred & sixteen
