Paul Raymond jr. Deed Fm O W. Burnham

Know all men by these presents that I Oliver W. Burnham
of Bristol in the county of Addison and State of Vermont for the
consideration of the sum of five hundred and seven dollars
current money of the United States received in full to my
satisfaction of Paul Raymond Jr. of Bristol, County of Addison
and State of Vermont the receipt whereof I do hereby ack-
nowledge have given, granted, bargained and sold and by
these presents do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and
confirm unto the said Paul Raymond jr his heirs and assigns
forever - A certain piece or parsel (sic) of land lying and
being in Bristol aforesaid (to wit) seventy five being a part
of the third division lot drawn to the right of Edward Lawrence [lot 11]
also two acres being a part of the right of Henry Hyder [lot 51].
The whole of said lands being the same that was deeded to
Asa Aldridge and Oliver W. Burnham by William Nacum
ber the 11th day of March A.D. 1817. Reference may be had
to s'd Deed for the bounds thereof.

To have and to hold the above granted and bargained
premises with all the priviledges and appurtenances thereof
and thereto belonging to him the said Paul jr. heirs and assigns
to his and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever and I the
said Oliver W. do for myself, my heirs, executors, adminis-
trators, covenant to and with the said Paul Jr., his heirs
executors, administrators and assigns that at until the
insealing of these presents, I am well seized of the premises
in fee simple that I have good right lawful authority
to bargain and sell the same manner and form
as is above written. That they are free and clear of all
incumbrances and that I will warrant and defend the same
against all lawful claims and demands of any person or persons
whatsoever --- In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 7th day of June
