Margaret A. Pace Rawson Autobiography

Margaret A. Pace Rawson Autobiography

In October 2002, Bill McCullough was examining a box made by his father Jesse L. McCullough. The box had been used by Jesse McCullough to store blank pedigree charts. Along with some blank pedigree charts, Bill McCullough found two documents in the box, one of which was a copy of an autobiography of Margaret A. Pace Rawson, the daughter of Lucinda Gibson Strickland and James Pace. She married Arthur M. Rawson.

The autobiography was copied from her journal by her granddaughter, Ida May Rawson Russel. The copy was then typed by her great-granddaughter, Helen Rawson Campbell.

Below are links to the individual scanned pages, 15 pages total.

The "Sketch of the Pace Family By My Brother" is believed to have been written by Margaret's brother, Warren "Sidney" Pace.
