He married 1698 Johanna <Laurens> Colevelt Hedding/Smith (Rn=25374), who was born November 1674 at New York City and was baptized at Reformed Dutch Church, New York City, a daughter of Laurens <?> Van Oosten (Colevelt) (Rn=14196) and Sara <Joseph> Waldron Van Voorst/Van Oosten (Colevelt) (Rn=22262).
