A Memoriall of a Deed of Settlement to be Registred pursuant to an Act of Parliament made in Ireland in the Sixth Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Queene Anne Intitled an Act for the Publick Registring of all Deeds Conveyances and Wills that shall be made of any Honors Mannors Lands Tenements or Hereditaments

A Deed of Settlement Indented bearing date and perfected the Second day of December One Thousand Seven Hundred and Nine made Between the Reverend Robert Echlin Dean of Tuam of the First part the Reverend John Echlin Clk Son and Heir Apparent of the said Robert Echlin of the Second part Alice Smith Spinster one of the Daughters of the Right Rev� d Father in God William late Lord Bishop of Kilmore and Ardagh of the Third part Agmondisham Vesey of Lucan in the County of Dublin Esq�re and Henry Echlin of the City of Dublin Esq�re of the Fourth part the Right Reverend Father in God Edward Lord Bishop of Downe and Connor and Thomas Burgh of the City of Dublin Esq�re of the Fifth part Whereby the said Robert Echlin in consideration of a Marriage then intended to be had and Solemnized between the said John Echlin and Alice Smith and in consideration of the Sum of Two Thousand Pounds paid or secured to be paid to the said John Echlin as the Marriage Portion of the said Alice and for other considerations therein mentioned Did Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe Release and Confirm unto the said Agmondisham Vesey and Henry Echlin All that and those the Towne and Lands of Kilm�fehil containing by estimations Ninety acres Plantation measure be the same more or less making One Hundred Forty five Acres Three Roods and Six Perches English Statute Measure And also the Town and Lands of Dereene containing Eighty Eight Acres Plantation measure be the same more or less making One Hundred Forty One Acres Two Roods and Thirty Perches English Statute Measure lying and being in the Barony of Tyaquin and County of Galway which said Lands and Premises he the said Robert Echlin Purchased from John Kelly FitzDonnagh of Killtallagh in the County of Galway Gent Sarah Kelly als Bell Wife of the said John Kelly and Dennis als Donno�[insert illegible] Son and Heir Apparent of the said John Kelly All that and those the Five Town Lands commonly called and known by the names of Derrybard Lissranees Garravlagh als Garvallagh Agheronan and Gragharasin als Creaghcarrafiny all Scituate lying and being in the Parish of Donagheave Barony of Clogher and County of Tyrone which last mentioned Lands and Premises he the said Robert Echlin Purchased from Thomas Cairns of Agharonan in the County of Tyrone Gentl and Frances his Wife David Cairnes of the City of Dublin Esq�re and William Cairnes of Killifaddy in the County of Tyrone Gentl And also all that and those the Two Quarters of Rathfagurry containing Two Hundred and Nineteen Acres Brackcloonagh Two hundred Ninety Nine Acres and Two Roods Bunnacrannagh Two Hundred Forty Eight Acres and Two Roods Brogher Fifty Nine Acres in Tughacloigh als Killmalower Twenty Eight Acres Taghihiggin Seventy Eight Acres and Carrowreagh one Hundred and Ninety Acres be the same more or less All Scituate lying and being in the Barony of Leyny in the County of Sligoe which said last mentioned Lands and Premises he the said Robert Echlin Purchased from Capt George Crofton of Mointagh in the County of Sligoe And also all that and those the Hundred Thirty Two Acres of Profitable Land Plantation measure be the same more or less in the Town and Lands of Cappanagh in the Barony of Bellamoe and County of Galway which said last mentioned Lands and Premises he the said Robert Echlin Purchased from Thomas Camel of Cappanagh in the County of Galway Gent and Arthur French of Clonequin in the County of Roscommon Esq�re And also All those the Two Tales of Land called Cornebrack containing Two Hundred Eighty Eight Acres and Two Roods of profitable Land Plantation measure be the same more or less and Lisdungroive als Lisnegreeve containing Sixty Five Acres profitable Land Plantation Measure be the same more or less all lying and being in the Barony of Creemorne and County of Monaghan which said last mentioned Lands and Premises he the said Robert Echlin Purchased from Henry Hamilton of Ballyborough in the County of Cavan Gentl and Rebecca his Wife And also all that and those the Towne and Lands of Buollylane and Dunbalkane containing Five Hundred Seventy Four Acres Irish Plantation measure according to Straffords Survey be the same more or less all Scituate lying and being in the Barony of Dummore and County of Gallway which said last mentioned Lands and Premises he the said Robert Echlin Purchased from Thomas Martin of Wood Key in the County of Galway Esq�re Doctor of Physick and Richard Martin of Brichall in the said County of Galway Esq�re Two have and to hold all and singular the said Lands and Premises with their Appurtenances unto the said Agmondisham Vesey and Henry Echlin their Heires and Assignes To the severall Uses Intents and Purposes and upon the severall Trusts in the said Deed Expressed and Declared Which said Deed of Settlement was perfected by the said Robert Echlin in the presence of the Rev�ed Thomas Vesey of Tuam aforesaid Clk Daniel Donovan late Servant to the said John Echlin and Charles Livesay of Tuam aforesaid Notary Publick And was also perfected by the said John Echlin Alice Smith and Thomas Burgh in the presence of Mary Burgh Wife of the said Thomas Burgh Richard Nutley of the City of Dublin Esq�re and Daniel Sillivan Clerk to the said Richard Nutley and by the said Agmondisham Vesey in p� sence of the said Daniel Donovan John Connell Clk to Bruen Worthington of the City of Dublin Publick Notary and of the said Bruen Worthington

To the Register appointed by vertue of the above mentioned Act of Parliament The above named Daniel Donovan came this Day before me and made oath that he saw the above named Robert Echlin and Agmondisham Vesey duly Seal and Execute the above mentioned Deed of Settlement (whereof the above writing is a Memoriall) and that he likewise saw the said Agmondisham Vesey duly Signe and Seal the said Mem�ll and that the Name (Daniel Donouan) Subscribed as a Witness to the said Deed of Settlement and Mem�ll is this Dep�ts own proper hand Writing And further Deposeth that the said Mem�ll was delivered to Mr?
