To the Register of appointed for Registering Deed &c.

A Memorial of Indentures of Lease and Release bearing Date Respectively the Ninth and Tenth days of July Ann Dom. One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Eight between George Hodder of the City of Corke Gent of the one part and Thomas Webb of Turtobey [Furtobey?] in the County of Limerick Esq�r of the other part the said Release Reciting that the Lands of Bridgetown with other lands were by Thomas Hodder Esq�r Dec�ed Father of the said George Hodder by Deed of Lease Demised to Randal Roberts Esq�r For a long Term of years under the Rents and Covenants therein mentioned and In which there is a Covenant or agreement

That if the said Randal Roberts his Ex�rs Adm�rs or assigns should in any First Day of May or First Day of November during the said Term after Six month notice pay the sum of Six Hundred Pounds to the said Francis Hodder his Heirs or Ass�s that he or they should make a new Lease of said Lands for the Remainder of the Term then unexpired to the same Randal Roberts his Ex�rs Adm�rs or ass�s at Two Hundred Pounds p ann Rent and Reciting That the said Francis Hodder on the Intermarriage of his eldest son William Hodder Esq�r Dec�ed with Ann Hodder ats Webb by Deed of Settlement Dated the Thirty First Day of December One Thousand and Thirteen Reciting the said covenant or agreement did covenant and agree for him his Heirs and Adm�rs That if the said sum of Six Hundred Pounds should to be paid in during the joint lives of the said William Hodder and his father the said Francis Hodder The same should be paid unto Nicholas Lysaight Esq�re Dec�ed The said Thomas Webb party thereto and Thomas Newenham Esq�re Dec�ed Trustees in said Settlement or any Two of them or the Survivor of them and should be in their or one of their names laid out at Interest with the Consent of the said Francis Hodder (if living) In Trust That the said Trustees or one of them should Receive the same and pay it to the said Francis During his life and after his Death should be by the said Trustees laid out in the purchase of an Estate in Fee Simple of Some Lands in Ireland And the same should be Settled as the Lands of Hoddersfield are by the said Deed settled and that untill such purchase the Said Six Hundred Pounds shall be laid out at Interest by the said William Hodder (if living) and the Interest be paid to such person as the Issues and Profits of the said purchase should come to by said Deed Settlement And reciting that the Said Francis Hodder is since Dec�ed but before his Death Received the Six Hundred Pounds and never paid the same to said Trustees and by his last Will appointed the said George Hodder his Ex�r who administered to his said Father And Reciting that the said William Hodder in his life time never minded having the said Six Hundred Pounds vested in the said Trustees Reciting that the said George Hodder was Ready and Willing untill __ Purchase could be had for the Six Hundred Pounds to Secure the same to the said Thomas Webb (party thereto) being the Surviving Trustee in the said Deed of Settlement by a mortgage of the Lands hereinafter mentioned thereof According to the Intent and meaning of the said Deed of Settlement Reciting that Daniel Conner of Bandon in the County of Corke Gent did by his Indenture of Lease and Release bearing the Date the Sixth and Seventh days of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Five for the Considerations said Release mention grant Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Francis Hodder Esq�re Dec�ed all that and those the Towns and Lands of Glinny by Estimation two plowlands and Containing Five Hundred & Eighty Acres Thirty Two Perches profitable Land Plantation Measure (be the same more or less) Situate lying and being in the Barony of Kinalea and County of Corke with the appurten�ces To hold unto the Francis Hodder Esq�re his Heirs and Assigns for ever at and under the yearly Rent of Ninety Pounds Ster. And Reciting that the said Lands and premises were then legally come to and vested with the said George Hodder by virtue of the Last Will and Testament of his father the said Francis Hodder Dec�ed By which Said Release the said George Hodder for securing the payment of the said Six Hundred Pounds and the Interest thereof according to the True Intent and meaning of the Said Deed of Settlement and other Considerations therein mentioned did grant Bargain Sell remise release for ever quit Claim and Confirm unto the said Thomas Webb all that and those the before mentioned Towns and Lands of Glinny by Estimation Two Plowlands Containing Five Hundred and Eight [acres] Thirty Two Perches profitable Land Plantation Measure (be the same more or less) Situate lying and being in the Barony of Kinalea and County of Corke with the appurten�ces To hold unto the said Thomas Webb his Heirs and Ass�s for ever To the only proper use and behoofe of him the said Thomas Webb is Heirs and Assigns for ever subject to a provisoe or Condition of Redemption in manner therein mentioned said Indentures of Lease and Release are Witnessed by Thomas Tuckey and William Simmins both of the City of Corke Gent and this mem�l is witnessed by John Peirce Clk to Rob�t Wallis of the said Citty of Cork Publick Notary and said William Simmons ~ George Hodder (seal) ~ signed and sealed in presence of us � John Peirce ~

William Simmins ~ The Above named William Simmins maketh oath that he saw the above named George Hodder Duly Seal and Execute the above mentioned Indentures of Lease and Release (of which the above writing is a memoriall) and also saw the said George Hodder sign and seal the said Mem�l and that this Dep�t Wm Simmins � �. 50 die Sept� 1728 virtue Commission �. ~ Rob�t Wallis present Joseph Jervois Matt Adderly.
