Indenture of assignment Tripartite bearing date the 26th day of December 1732 made between John Rose of Catherstock in the County of Northton Esq. of the first part Sir William Dudley of Claxton in the said County of Northton Bart of the second part and John Croker of the city of Dublin Gent in the Kingdom of Ireland of the third part whereby the said John Rose all that condition thereon mentioned did assign and make over unto the said John Croker all that Manor or Lordship of Mount Kenny containing the town and lands of Mountkenny the town and lands of [Newtown ..?] the town and lands of [Balyronan?] that town and lands of [Kil?dar] the town and lands of Johnstowne the town and lands of Cooldoyle the town and lands of Collonghill the town and lands of Monflough the town and lands of [Triddar?] the town and lands of Kildea the town and lands of Ballinabarney the town and lands of Ballynahinch the town and lands of Moneleen the town and lands of Ballygaraid the town and lands of Knockfedder the town and lands of Knocktemple the town and lands of Towmore the town and lands of Killonge and the town and lands of Courtfoyle the town and lands of the Kiltemon the twon and lands of Knockbellycanig the town and lands of Tactour the town and lands of Carrigebough the town and lands of Ballybash and Ballyroughnan the two Drombanes and p[art of Ballyhorsee the town and lands of Kilmurry near Mt. Kennedy the town and lands of Teerakin in the town and lands of Knockralyn the town and lands of Carignemuck the town and lands of Corsillough and parcels of land called Monespigg a parcel of land called the Joint Meadow and also part of the town and lands of Kilmurry Glaneappin County Wicklow and King of Ireland to hold for residue of a term of 99 years therein mentioned to be there of granted by an indenture of release bearing date the third day of June 1730 which indenture of assignment was executed by the said John Ross and said William Dudley in the presence of Francis Jackson of Doddington in the County of Northton Gent and John Cusack of Blatherwick in the County of Northton Gent and this Memorial was executed by the said John Rose in the presence of the said Francis Jackson and John Cusack as witnessed the hand and seal of the said John Rose -SEAL- Frances Jackson -- the above named Francis Jackson maketh oath that he is a subscribing witness to the execution of the said indenture of assignment indenture duly executed by the said John Rose and said William Dudley and also the said Memorial signed and sealed by the said John -- Francis Jackson one of the parties to the said indenture -- Frances Jackson [?] [?] and conditional release [?] die Marty Anno Domino 1732 [?] E.
