To the Register appointed by Act of Parliament for Registering of Deeds, Conveyances etc:

A Memorial of an Indenture of Lease dated the first day of September one Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty five and made Between John French of Frenchpark, in the County of Roscommon, Esq. of the one part and John Irwin, of Lisballely in the County of Sligo, Gent. of the other part, Whereby the said John French hath Demised and to Farm Sett unto the said John Irwin all that the quarter of Lisballely, the quarter of Moydough, the quarter of Cloonagh, the half quarter of Seefin, and three quarters of Killmore and the Mill of Killmore Situate in the half Barony of Coolavin in the County of Sligo and are all part and parcel of the Manor of Frenchpark Excepting out of said Desmesne all Mines, and waifs, Strays and Royalties of Hunting, Hawking, all timber woods and timber woods growing or hereafter to grow and the profits with free Ingres, Egres and Access into the premises to quarry, cut, fall and carry away the same. To Have and to hold the premises. Except as before Excepted unto the said John Irwin, his heirs and Assigns for and during the nat. life and lives of Alexander Irwin, third son of the said John Irwin, and Lewis Irwin, fourth son of the said John Irwin, and James Irwin, one of the sons of Arthur Irwin of Clonlaghill in the said County of Sligo, the said John Irwin�s second brother, and for and during the natural life and lives of the longest liver of them. At and under the yearly Rent of one hundred and fifty two pounds and twelve pence per pound Receiver and Receivs. Payable half yearly by equal portion due at Michaelmas and the annunciation of the blessed Virgin Mary over and above all Taxes and Charges whatsoever In which Indenture of Lease there is a Covenant upon the said John Irwin, his heirs, Execu. Admin. And Assigns to pay the said references yearly Rent and receiver fees in remainder and on hand before mentd. For payment thereof without any Deduction or Abatement whatsoever with otherwise a final Covenant between Landlord and Tenant of Distress and Reentry in Case of nonpayment of the said Rent as aforesaid and also of upholding and keeping in repair all Houses etc on the premes. And also preserving the Jack hares thereon to be made and a Special Covenant for preserving the Red Deer of all kind that shall happen to land upon the premises during the Term and also that the said John French, his friends and Servants shall have Entry to hunt etc. on the premises at proper Season and to Digg for and Quarry, Mine and Gravel on the premises during the Term and to Carry the same away Except in the Dwelling and other Houses, Gardens and in said Orchard, Meadhouse and farm before they are reaped and also that the said John Irwin, his heirs and assigns shall do Suit and Service at the Manor Court of the said John French of Frenchpark, his heirs and assigns when and whensoever such Court shall be held to which said Deed is witnessed by James Summer, of Frenchpark in the said County of Roscommon, Gent. and by John Barlow of the Same, Gent. and this Memorial by Garrett Petitt of the City of Dublin, Gent. and by the said John Barlow.

The above named John Barlow Came this day before me and maketh Oath that he this Deponent saw the above named John French and John Irwin duly Execute the above mentioned Indenture of Lease whereof the above writing is a true Memorial and also saw the said John Irwin duly Sign and Seal the said Memorial and that he this Deponent is a subscribing witness to the said Deed and Memorial and that the name John Barlow signed as a witness aforesaid and about on said Deed and above Memorial is Deponents proper handwriting John Barlow Ind.
