To the Register appointed Pursuant to Act of Parliament for Registering all Deeds Conveyances Wills and so forth:

Reg. 1st day of October 1739 at 12 o�clock noon.

A Memorial of an Indenture of Lease bearing date the Third day of July one thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty-nine Between John Irwin of Lisballely in the County of Sligoe Gent. of the One part and Roger Irwin of Cooge in the County of Mayo Gent. of the Other part. Which said Lease recites that whereas John French of Frenchpark in the County of Roscommon Esq. Descd. did by his Indenture of Lease bearing Date the first day of September in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-five Devise Set and to Affirm Let unto the said John Irwin his heirs and Assigns All that the Quarter of Lisballely the Quarter of Moydough the Quarter of Clooneigh the Half Quarter of Sifton the Three Quarters of Killmore and the Mill of Killmore with their Appurtenances Situated Lying and Being in the Half Barony of Coolavin and said County of Sligoe for and During the Natural Life and Lives of Alexander Irwin third son of the said John Irwin Lewis Irwin fourth son of the said John Irwin and James Irwin one of the sons of Arthur Irwin the said John Irwins second brother and for and During the Natural Life and Lives of the longest lived of them and under the clear yearly rent or Sum of one hundred and fifty-two pounds Sterl. together with twelve pence per pound Receivers Fees by Which first Recited Indenture the said John Irwin has Devised Set and Affirm Let unto the said Roger Irwin all that these the said Quarter of Land of Lisballely the Quarter of Moydough the Quarter of Clooneigh the Half Quarter of Sifton The Three Quarter of Killmore and the Mill of Killmore with their Appurtenances in as Large and Ample Manner as the same was then held and Enjoyed by the said John Irwin for and During the term time and space of Fourty and One Years (if the said three Lives or any of them shall so long lived) at and under the Yearly rents and Subject to the Covenants and Reservations in the said Recited Original Lease Confirmed in which first above Recited Indenture of Lease there is a Provision that the said John Irwin Shall Enjoy and receive the Fees and Profits of the Last Recited Lease during his Natural Life and which said first above Recited Lease there is a Clause or Covenant whereby the said Roger Irwin doth oblige himself to make Good all such Leases as were Made to their tenants before the perfection of the said first above Recited Lease which said first above Recited Lease Witnessed by Abraham Beaker and Isaac Beaker both of Rathmathe and Henry Dowling of Lisballely all in the said County of Sligo and this Memorial was Signed and Sealed by the said John Irwin and is Witnessed by John Nixon of Sligo Dragoon Officer and Abraham Beaker.

The above Named Abraham Beaker came this Day before and Made Oath that he is a Subscribing Witness to the said Indenture of Lease (Whereby the above Writing is a Memorial). The Deponent saith that he saw the above named John Irwin Roger Irwin duly sign Seal and Execute the said Lease and that he saw the said John Irwin Sign and Seal the above Memorial and that the Names Abraham Beaker subscribed as Witness to the said Lease and to the above Memorial is this Deponents own proper Hand Writing. Sworn at Sligo in the County of Sligo before Francis Bill a Master Extraordinary appointed to take Affidavit in the Country by Virtue of a Commission by Richard Gore and John Irwin two of the Magistrates and Justices of Peace for the County of Sligo this 22nd day of September 1739.
