A Memorial to be registered in pursuance of sd Acts of Deeds of lease and release bearing dates respectively the 14th and 15th days of may 1751 made between Anthony Foster of the City of Dublin Esqre & Anthony Adams of Acclare in the Co of meath gent of the one part
& Wm Foster of Dunleer in the County of Lowth Esqre of the other part
whereby they the sd Anthony Foster & Anthony Adams for the consideration in the sd deed of release mentd did grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the sd wm Foster all that & those the three houses or tenemts late in the tenure or occupation Samuel Ball & Jonathan Ball deced or one of them their or one of their undertenants or assigns & now or lately in the possession of Tully McMahon Philip Hagan & Ricd Sampson situate in the Town of Atherdee or libertys thereof & County of Louth together all and singular the rights members & appurt�ences thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate right title interest property claim & demand both in law & equity of them the sd Anthony Foster & Anthony adams of in or out of the sd land s & premes to hold the same unto the sd Wm Foster his heirs and assigns for ever the witnesses to the sd deeds of lease & release & to this Meml are Anthony Kieran of the sd Town of dunleer & George Douglass servt to the sd Wm Foster
