A memorial to be registered in pursuance of sd Acts of Deeds of Lease and Release bearing dates respectively the ninth and tenth days of april 1751 between the Revd George Jackson of Ardpatrick in the County of Lowth clerk of the one part & Wm Foster of Dunleer in ye said County of Lowth Esqre of the other part Whereby the sd George Jackson for ye consideration in the sd deeds mentd did grant bargain sell release & confirm unto the sd Wm Foster all that house messuages or tenemt & parcell of land now in the tenure or occupation of Saml Hoye his undertenants or assigns situate lying & being near the Town of Lowth in the Parish and County of Lowth aforesd containing by estimation two acres or thereabouts be the same more or less mered & bounded by the Great Road leading to Carrick McRoss & the lands lately in the poss�ssn of the widow Bellew together wth all & singular the rights members & appurs thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaing and all the estate right title interest propertty claim & demand both in law & equity of him the sd George Jackson of in or out of the sd lands & premes to hold the same unto the sd Wm Foster his heirs & assigns for ever Witnesses Bryan Kieran of Rosey Park in the said County of Lowth and George Douglass servant of Wm Foster Seals George Jackson etc
