A memorial of an indented deed bearing the date thirteenth day of June one thousand seven hundred and sixty made between Thomas O'FLAHERTY of the City of Dublin Esqr. and Susanna O'FLAHERTY otherwise DREW his wife widow &anp; adminx of Francis DREW late of Drews Court in the County of Limerick Esqr. deceased of the one part and Mathew RYAN of the City of Dublin Esqr. Councillor at Law of the other part Reciting that whereas the said Sunanna by certain indented Articles of Agreement bearing Date the twenty third day of April one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven previous to and upon her intermarriage with the said Francis DREW and made or mentioned to be made between the said Francis of the first part Richard BOURKE of Dromsally in the County of Limerick Esqr. deceased and the said Susanna by the name of Susanna BOURKE spinster of the second part and John WALLIS of Westwood in the County of Cork Esqr and the said Mathew RYAN of the third part reciting as therein is recited for the consideration therein mentioned was then actually during the term of her natural life to one annuity or yearly rent charge issuning of two hundred pounds issuing and payable out of all and singular the lands and premissed mentioned in a certain deed therein recited payable to her or her assigns moitively on every first day of May and first day of November without and deduction whatsoever with a power to the said Susanna or her assigns distrain for the same in case of non payment there of as therein is mentioned and also reciting that whereas the said Mathew RYAN did as of last Easter Term obtain of Jundgement against the said Thomas O'FLAHERTY and Susanna his wife in his Majesty's Court of Kings Bench in Ireland for the sum of three hundred pounds Ster debt besides cost upon a bond perfected by the said Susanna in her widowhood to the said Mathew RYAN bearing date the Eighteenth Day of July one thousand seven hundred and fifty nine of the penalty of three hundred pounds conditioned for payment of the principal sum of one hundred and fifty pounds ster and interest for the same of therein is mentioned and further reciting that whereas the said Thomas and Susanna stood that day further indebte to the said Mathew RYAN in the sum of ninteen pounds eighteen shillings and thre half pence being so much money lent and advanced by the said Mathew to the said Susanna in her widowhood and further reciting that whereas by an account that day stated and settled between the said Thomas O'FLAHERTY and Susanna his wife and the said Mathew RYAN upon the foot only of the said judgment and the said money lent they the said Thomas and Susanna appeared to be justly and fairly indebted to the said Mathew RYAN in the sum of one hundred and seventy two pounds sixteen shillings and nine pence halfpenny principal money which last mentioned sum and all interest abd cost thence forward to grow due thereon the said Thomas and Susanna have proposed to the said Mathew by an assignment of Eighty pounds a year untill the same shall be fully paid off and satisfied which the said Mathew RYAN to ease and accommodate the said Thomas and Susanna O'FLAHERTY hath agreed to By which said Indented Deed of which this is a memorial) the said Thos O'FLAHERTY and Susanna his wife for the consideration therein mentd granted and assigned to the sd Mathew RYAN the sum of eighty pounds Ster yearly part of the said recited Annuity or Rent Charge of two hundred pounds a year to be issuing and payable out of the several lands and premisses wherewith the same is charged by the said in part recited articles of intermarriage to have hold and receive and take the said Eighty pounds a year unto the said Mathew RYAN his exors adminors and assigns until by perception thereof he or they shall be fully paid off and satisfied the sum of one hundred and seventy one pounds sixteen shillings nine pence half penny with the legal interest there from the day of the date of those presents the said Eighty pounds a year to be paid by two even and equal portions in every year that is to say on every first day of November and first day of May clear of all deductions whatsoever until the said debt and all interest of that shall grow due thereon shall as aforesaid be fully paid off and satisfied the first payment thereof to be made on the first day of November next ensuing the date hereof and the said deed of which this is a memorial is witnessed by Francis PERRY of the city of Dublin Gent and Ambrose CUFFE of the said City writing clerk and this memorial is witnessed by the said PERRY and Thos WANDESFORD of the said city Servant man to the said PERRY

The above named Francis PERRY maketh an oath that he saw the above nemed Thomas O'FLAHERTY Susanna O'FLAHERTY and Mathew RYAN duly seal and execute the above mentioned indented deed whereof the above writing is a Memorial and that this Depont is a subscribing [witness] to the said deed and memorial respectively and delivered the same to William HALL Gent Deputy Registrer or reputed Deputy Register at the Registry Office in the City of Dublin the ninth day of July one thousand seven hubdred and sixty at or near 12 o'clock in the forenoon of the sd day Francis PERRY sworn before me 9th July 1760 Will HALL Dep Regr
