No 153288 To the Register appointed by Act of Parliament for the Publick Registering of Deeds Wills and soforth. A Memeorial of an Indented Deed bearing date the Second day of June one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty four made or mentioned to be made between John Longfield of Longueville in the County of Corke Esq�re of the one part and Mountiford Longfield Second Son of the said John Longfield of the other part whereby the said John Longfield for the Considerations therein mentioned hath granted bargained and sold released and Confirmed unto the said Mountiford Longfield his heirs and assigns forever one annuity or yearly rent Charge of Eight pounds Sterling to issue and be paid unto the said Mountiford his heirs and assigns out of all that and those the houses and Tenements in the Town of Mallow whereon John Huddy John Blake and Richard Bangard? formerly resided with a Malthouse and Garden and two Meadows Containing about four Acres with the Appurtenances Situate in the said Town and Mannor of Mallow in the County of Corke whereof the said John Longfield is in said Deed mentioned to be Seized of an Estate of Freehold for lives renewable for ever under Denham Jephson Esquire) for and during the Term of the Lives thereof and of all and every Renewal that Shall be had of the said Lease for ever hereafter pursuant to the Covenant for perpetual renewals Contained in the Original Lease said Annuity to be paid half yearly by two equal Portions every first day of November and first day of May successively for ever with � power to distrain as in sd Deed mentioned The Execution of which Deed and of this Memorial by said John Longfield & witnessed by Edm�d Cudmore of Longuevill in the County of Corke farmer & by Patrick Farrell Serv�t to Wm Foster of Dunleer in ye County of Lowth Esqr

The above named Patrick Farrell maketh oath that the above Memorial and the deed whereof the same is a Memorial were duly perfected by the above named John Longfield in the presence of this Deponent and that this Deponent is a Subscribing Witness to the said Deed and Memorial and delivered the same to Charles Meares Esq�r Depy Register on the 1st day of Dec 1764 at or near the hour of Ten o�clock in the forenoon
