To the Registrar appointed for Registering Deeds and so forth:

A Memorial of Deed of Lease and Release dated the twenty-sixth and twenty-seventh of June one thousand seven hundred and sixty-five the Release made between Jones Irwin of Streamstown in the County of Sligo Esq. of the first part Edw. Irwin of Streamstown Aforesaid Gentleman second son of the said Jones Irwin of the second part. Jane Irwin late of Roxborough in the County of Sligo but now of the City of Dublin Spinster of the third part and Henry Irwin of Roxborough Esq. Aforesaid brother of the said Jane and Henry Irwin of Streamstown Aforesaid Gentleman of the fourth part by which Release the said Jones Irwin in Consideration of a Marriage to be had between the said Edward and Jane for her Marriage portion did Grant and Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Henry Irwin and Henry Irwin all that and those of the Town and Lands of Templevanny with the Appurtenances situated in the said County of Sligo to hold for the lives of the said Jones Irwin Henry Irwin and Henry Irwin being the lives granted thereof to the said Jones Irwin upon the trusts and to and for the intents and purposes hereon mentioned which Deed and this Memorial are witnessed by James Irwin of Roxborough Aforesaid Esq. and Roger Mullany Servant unto the said Henry Irwin of Roxborough and to the Deed of the Release by John Thewles the same one witnessed by the said Roger Mullany and John Thewles of the City Gentleman.

The above named Roger Mullany maketh oath that he saw the Lease and Release of which the above is a Memorial duly Signed Sealed and Executed as follows the Lease by the said Jones Irwin and the Release by the said Jones Irwin Edw. Irwin James Irwin Henry Irwin and Henry Irwin. That Henry Irwin of Roxboro duly Sign and Seal the Abovesaid Memorial Document and duly delivered the same to Mr. Charles Meares Deputy Reqistrar 2 day of July 1765 at or near four o�clock in the afternoon.
