The above Valentine MAGEE maketh an oath that he believes the name and handwriting of Samuel SWAN signed the above article is the proper handwriting of Samuel SWAN and also the above named John DOWLING sign and seal the above memorial and delivered same to Mr. Charles MEARES Deputy Regr the 7th day May 1755 at or near 6 o�clock in the afternoon.
