To the Register appointed by Act of Parliament for Registering Deeds and so forth:

Registered 14th Nov 1781 at 12 o�clock at noon.

A Memorial of an Indented Deed bearing date the twenty six day of July one thousand seven hundred eighty one made between John Irwin of Seefin of the County of Sligo Gent. of the one part and Richard Irwin of Kilmore in said County Gent. of the other part. Whereby the said John Irwin did in consideration of the yearly rents profits and improvements Grant Devise and Sell unto the said Richard Irwin all that and those the town and lands of Ballyaglogh the town and lands of Carrownacreana the town and lands of Jourcarran the town and lands of Bunnadanragh the town and lands of Milltown the town and lands of Cleggan and that part of Ballygarda wherein the said Richard Irwin now lives. Said Demesne now being part and parcel of the quarter of Killmore with the appurtenances now in the possession of the said Richard Irwin this and his undertenants situate lying and being in the half Barony of Coolavin in the County of Sligo. And whereby the said John Irwin did further give grant and confirm unto the said Richard Irwin an annuity or yearly rent charge of twenty pounds and that to be payable to the said Richard out of the lands of Lisballey in the said County which annuity was purchased by the said Richard Irwin from James Irwin brother to the said John Irwin. To have and hold from the first day of Nov. this last for and during the natural life of James Irwin of Killmore in said County Gent. father of the said Richard Irwin except the said annuity which is to continue only for the term of nine years from the first day of May last at and under the yearly Rent of thirty pounds Sterling over and above a proportionable part of the head landlords Rents now chargeable on the lands amounting to the sum of Forty-four pounds yearly and one pound nineteen farthings and six pence Quit Rents and whereby the said John Irwin did further devise and sell to the said Richard Irwin from and after the expiration of ten years the lands of Doone and Townlands of Glotsin in said County for the term of the natural life of the said James Irwin the father of the said Richard at and under the yearly Rent of forty-two pounds that together with one pound ten shillings Quit Rents with said Deed witnessed by John Irwin of Sallymount in the County of Roscommon Gent. of Charles and James McDermott of the City of Dublin Gents. and this Memorial is witnessed by the said James McDermott and by Thomas Cowerly in the County of Sligo Farmer.

The above named James McDermott maketh oath that he saw the said above named John Irwin and Richard Irwin duly sign and execute the original Deed whereof the foregoing is a Memorial and also saw the above named Richard Irwin duly sign and execute the foregoing Memorial and that the name James McDermott subscribed as a witness to this Deed and this Memorial is the Deponents proper name and hand writing.
