A Memorial of an indented Deed of assignment bearing date the twenty-third Day of March one Thousand Seven hundred and Eighty-two and made Between Henry Irwin of Mount Irwin in the County of Sligo Gentleman of the One Part and Arthur Irwin of Tanrago in said County Esq. of the other part. Whereby the said Henry Irwin for the Consideration therein Mentioned did assign and make over unto the said Arthur Irwin all his the said Henry�s Right Title and Interest of in and to a Certain Lease made to him of the said Lands of Mount Irwin by Henry Howes of Mount Irwin in said County of Sligo Esq. bearing date the third Day of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty-One. To hold unto the said Arthur Irwin his Heirs Exec. Admin. and assigns from the said twenty-third Day of March for and during the Term yet to come and unexpired thereof at and under the yearly Rent and Covenants in said Indenture of Lease Contained which said Deed and this Memorial are Witnessed by St. George Mills and The Rev. Philip Shiels.

The above named St. George Mills maketh oath that he saw the Deed of assignment whereof the above writing is a Memorial duly Executed by the parties thereto and also saw the said Henry Irwin duly Sign and Seal the Memorial and Depnt. Saith he is a subscribing Witness to said Deed of assignment and Memorial and delivered said Deed and Meml to Wm. Kelly Gent. Deputy
