To the Register appointed by act of Parliament for Registering Deeds Wills and so forth:

A Memorial of an indented Deed bearing date the Twenty-third day of November in the year of Our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and ninety and made between Henry Irwin of Harristown in the County of Sligo Esq. of the one part and Henry Irwin of Streamstown in the said County of Sligo Esq. of the other part. Whereby the said Henry Irwin of Harristown in consideration of the sum of seven hundred and fifty pounds Sterling to him paid by the said Henry Irwin of Streamstown did Grant Bargain Sell. Assign transfer and make over unto the said Henry Irwin of Streamstown and his heirs All that and those the Premises and Lands of Ballonaghan Carrowcorran Carrowdoclunagh Carrowknocullen Carrowknocrawn Ballonaghan (all such said Lands and premises are known by the name of Harristown) and Leighshagh all which said Lands and premises are situated lying and being in the Parish of Kilshalvy and County of Sligo in as full and ample a manner as the said Henry Irwin of Harristown has held and enjoyed same by virtue of a Deed of lives running forever from Wm. Phibbs of Holybrook in the said County of Sligo Esq. and the revision and revisions remainder and remainders yearly rents fees and profits due of and all that Extra rights held on indented property claim and demand both in Law and Equity of him the said Henry Irwin of Harristown of in and to the same together with the Deed under which he held and all benefit and advantage of several to be had under and by virtue of the Covenant for perpetual renewal in the Deed from Wm. Phibbs to him contained. To hold all and singular those Lands and premises with the appurtenances unto the said Henry Irwin of Streamstown his heirs and assigns forward during the life and lives of the Gentleman lives in the Deed from Wm. Phibbs to the said Henry Irwin of Harristown named and for and during the life or lives of every such other Person as shall from time to time forever be added thereto by virtue of and under a covenant for perpetual renewal in said Deed contained here the said Henry Irwin of Streamstown his heirs and assigns paying the yearly received rent and renewal fees and performing the Covenants on the part of the Lease or Tenants to be paid and performed and in said Deed there are several other covenants and the said Deed and this Memorial are witnessed by Mark Mills of Sligo in the County of Sligo and by Edward Fry of Boyle in the County of Roscommon.

The above named Mark Mills Esquire maketh oath and sayeth that he is a subscribing witness to the Deed whereof the above is a Memorial and saw the same duly executed by the Parties hereto and also saw the above Memorial duly signed sealed and executed by the above named Henry Irwin of Streamstown. Deponent sayeth that the name Mark Mills subscribed as a witness to the P. Deed and Memorial is Deponents name and proper handwriting.

Sworn before me at Balinode in the County of Sligo this 9th day of November one thousand seven hundred and ninety by virtue of a Commission so directed and of his Majesties Court of Exchequer for the County and I know this Deponent.
