To the Register appointed by Act of Parliament for Registering Deeds Wills and Leases in the City of Dublin.

A Memorial of an Indenture or Deed of Rent Charge dated the fifteenth of October one thousand seven hundred eighty-four. Whereby Matthew Meredith of Oaghanbeg in the County of Sligo Gent. hath granted unto Alexander Irwin of Ballyara in the said County Gent. and Sarah his wife; and also unto Hanah Irwin of Oaghambeg which said Sarah and Hanah are the children of Rich. Irwin Gent. deceased and the step daughters of the said Matthew Meredith and to the survivor of them One annuity or yearly rent charge of twenty-seven pounds six shillings ster. To be issuing and payable out of the lands of Toberascardane alias Muckelty situated in the Barony of Leyney and county of Sligo aforesaid payable half yearly from the first day of Nov. then next during the nat. life Jane Howes wife of Robt. Howes of Bunnenadin in the Co. of Sligo. The first payment to be made on the first day of May then next ensuing in which said is a Clause of Entry and Distress and particularly a Clause that the said Matt. Meredith his heirs and Executors and administrators shall pay or cause to be paid the said Annuity in manner aforesaid which said Deed was duly Executed by the said Mathew Meredith in presence of David Kelly and Thomas Raffington both of the City of Dublin Gents. And by Edw. Irwin of Ballyara aforesaid Gent.

The above named Edw. Irwin maketh oath that he is a subscribing witness to and saw the Oath of Annuity of which the above writing is a Memorial and to the above Memorial and saw said Deed and Memorial duly Executed by the above named Mat. Meredith and that he delivered said Deed and Memorial to John Moore Esq. Deputy Reg. the 19th day of August 1793 at 2 after Eleven o�clock in the forenoon.
