To the Register appointed pursuant to Act of Parliament for Registering Deeds Leases Conveyances and so forth:

A Memorial and an indented Deed of Mortgage bearing date the ninth day of June one thousand Seven Hundred and ninety-two made between Henry Irwin of Sligo in the County of Sligo Esquire and Hannah Taaffe otherwise Irwin his wife of the first part and James Haran of Spurstown in the County of Sligo aforesaid Gentleman of the other part. Witnessed that the said Henry Irwin and Hannah his wife in consideration of the sum of Fifty pounds to them in hand paid by the said James Haran and further reciting that the said Henry Irwin and Hannah his wife for the further receiving the payment of said sum Executed their bond with warrant of (illegible) bearing equal date with said Deed in the sum of One Hundred pounds conditioned for the payment of Fifty pounds starting at the Days and times in said Deed mentioned Whereby the said Henry Irwin and Hannah his wife did Grant Bargain Sell Allow Devise Release and Confirm to the said James Haran his heirs Exe. Admin. or assigns when in his actual possession All that and those one half of the lands of Ballinaglough then in the possession of the said Henry Irwin and Hannah his wife and their under tenants situated lying in the Barony of Coran and County of Sligo aforesaid together with the rights mentioned and appurtenances thereunto belonging with the requisitions remaining in consideration Pay yearly the rents fees and profits of all and similar of the said one half of the lands of Ballinaglough aforesaid to hold the said one half of the said Lands and premises unto this said James Haran his heirs Exe. and Assigns forever Which Deed contained a covenant that provided always and upon condition that if the said Henry Irwin and Hannah his wife their heirs Exe. Adm. or Assigns should well and freely pay unto the said James Haran his Exe. or Adm. the said sum of Fifty pounds with all Interest and paid on the ninth day of June the next and receiving that in such case said Deed and Bond should be void. Otherwise to be in full force and Virtue in Law which Deed is witnessed by James McLain and John Furey and this Memorial by the said John Furey and Patrick Kearney both of Sligo Gentlemen. The above named John Furey maketh oath on the Holy Evangilists and saith he is subscribing witness to the Deed where of the above is a Memorial and saith he saw the above named Henry Irwin and Hannah his wife duly sign seal and Execute the above Deed and saith he also saw the above named James Haran duly sign and seal the above Memorial and saith that the name John Furey did sign to be a witness to said Deed and Memorial is the proper name and handwriting of this person.
