To the Register appointed in the City of Dublin by to Act of Parliament for Registering Deeds, Wills etc.

A Memorial of an Indented Deed Bearing date the Thirteenth day of February in the year of our Lord God one Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety One Between Mathew Meredith of Cobham in the County of Sligo Esquire, Mary Meredith otherwise Napper his wife of the one part and Alexander Irwin of Muckelta in the County of Sligo Esquire of the other part Witnesseth that the said Mathew Meredith and Mary his Wife hath for that Considerations herein Mentioned Did Assign Transfer and Make over all their Right Title and Interest in and to the Lands of Muckelta and Athnaboule Granted them in Lease by Owen Ormsby Esq. For Three Lives and also their Right Title and Interest in and to the Lands of Clooneagh Granted the said Mathew Meredith in Lease by Sir Thomas Dunaaf Bart for Three Lives and also their Right Title and Interest in and to the Lands of Newtown Granted the said Mathew Meredith and Mary his Wife in Lease for two Lives by the Right Honourable Joshua Cooper and also their Right Title and Interest in and to their undivided Moiety or half of Tubbercorry and Oakham otherwise Carrowkeel and Castlevilla together with the Entire profit of the Fairs and Customs of the said Tubbercurry to have and to hold al the above Recited Lands Fairs and Customs under the said Alexander Irwin his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns from the first day of May Next until the full term sum of Five Hundred pounds Sterling shall be fully paid unto John Gray of the City of Dublin Gentleman one of the attorneys by Eighty three pounds Six Shillings and Eight pence Sterling payable on Every Twentyth day of January yearly and Every year until the said Sum by fully paid and Satisfied with full power for the said Alexander Irwin to Enter on the said Recited premises and Every part thereof and to Lead Drive and Carry away all the Goods and Chattle found upon said premises and to Dispose of the Same according to Law until the full Sum of Five Hundred pounds Sterling be fully paid and Satisfied to the said John Gray his Heirs, Executors Administrators and Assigns With other Clauses as in said Deed Set forth and the said Deed and this Memorial is Witnessed by Balto Dowde of Carruton and Edw. Irwin of Bunnadan Both in the County of Sligo, Gentleman.

Edward Irwin of Bunnadane in the County of Sligo Gentleman maketh oath that he is a subscribing Witness to the Deed whereof the above Writing is a Memorial and sayth he was present and saw the above named Mathew Meredith Mary Meredith otherwise Napper and Alexander Irwin duly Sign Seal and Execute the said Deed and also saw the said Mary Meredith and Alexander Irwin duly Sign Seal and perfect this Memorial and that the Name Edward Irwin so Subscribed as witness to said Deed and to this Memorial is this Dep. Proper name and handwriting.

Sworn before me a Master appointed to take Affidavits in the County of Sligo by a Commission to me Delivered out of his Majestys Court of Exchequer in Ireland and I know this Dept. This 20 day of April 1795. John Connoly 5 May 1795 at half past hour
