To the register appointed for registering deeds leases and so forth � A Memorial of an indented deed of rent charge bearing date the sixteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and twelve and made between Thomas Swan CROKER of Richmond in the City of Dublin gentleman of the one part and Alexander RICHARDSON of Summerhill in the City of Dublin aforesaid Esquire of the other part Whereby after reciting that Chidley COOTE of Ash Hill in the County of Limerick Esquire late deceased in or as of the sixteenth day of February one thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven by indenture of lease demised unto Edward CROKER Abraham of Killmallock in the said county of Limerick merchant All that and those that part of the lands of Milltown formerly in the possession of James QUINLAN and Charles GRAINER and then and for some time before in the possession of the said Edward CROKER Abraham containing by common estimation fifteen acres Irish plantation measure be the same more or less situate in the parish of Killmallock aforesaid in the Barony of Coshlea and county of Limerick aforesaid in as large ample and beneficial manner as the same were then and fore some time before enjoyed by the said Edward CROKER Abraham To have and to hold said demised premises with appurtenances unto the said Edward CROKER Abraham his heirs and assigns from the first day of May then last passed for and during the lives of the said Edward CROKER Abraham Deborah CROKER [Otherwise COOTE] his wife Thomas CROKER eldest son of the said Edward CROKER Abraham and of Richard COOTE third son of Robert COOTE of the county of Kerry Gentleman and the survivor of them. He the said Edward CROKER Abraham his heirs and assigns yielding and paying thereout a yearly rent of one pound sterling per acre unto the said Chidley COOTE his heirs and assigns And reciting that the said Edward CROKER Abraham party thereto is since dead and the said Thomas Swan CROKER his eldest and only son one of the lives mentioned in said lease and party hereto and thereto has become entitled to the interest arising out of said lease and is now in full possession and enjoyment thereof as heir at law to his said father And that the said Thomas Swan CROKER by lease dated sixth day of February one thousand eight hundred and twelve did let the said farm and lands of Milltown to John COOTE of the county of Limerick [Athlacca] at yearly rent of forty pounds per year whereby a profit rent of twenty-five pounds per year is arising and payable thereout to the said Thomas Swan CROKER as by said lease may appear and that further reciting that the said Thomas Swan CROKER had agreed in consideration of one hundred and fifty pounds sterling to sell unto Alexander RICHARDSON one annuity or yearly rent charge of twenty-five pounds sterling to be issuing and payable out of the said farm of Milltown for the life of the said Thomas Swan CROKER and Richard COOTE third son of Robert COOTE of the county of Kerry the two surviving certuiosue(?) lives in the said lease from the said Chidley COOTE to the said Edward CROKER Abraham therein before in part recited the said Thomas Swan CROKER in consideration of the said sum of one hundred and fifty pounds to him in the hand paid by the said Alexander RICHARDSON at or before the ensealng and deliver thereof the receipt whereof is thereby acknowledged did grant bargain sell assign one annuity or yearly rent charge or sum of twenty five pounds sterling to be issuing and payable out of all that and those the aforesaid farm of Milltown containing by estimation fifteen Irish acres plantation measure therein and herein before particularly described to hold receive and take the said annuity or rent charge and every part thereof unto the said Alexander RICHARDSON his heirs executors administrators and assigns for and during the aforesaid lives of the said Thomas Swan CROKER and Richard COOTE to be computed from the first day of November last the same being paid and payable half yearly as therein mentioned and in which said deed is contained a covenant of redemption on repayment of the said sum of one hundred and fifty pounds after the expiration of two years from the first day of may next first giving six months previous notice thereof in writing Which said deed and this memorial are witnessed by Isaac CAHILL and John WILSON of the city of Dublin Gentlemen.
