A memorial of an indented deed of assignmentbearing date the second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five and made between Thomas Swan CROKER of Clonliffe Parade in the County of Dublim Gentm of the one part and Charles SMYTH of Sackville Street in the said city of Dublin merchant of the other part whereas it recited that the said Thomas Swan CROKER by articles of agreement bearing date the first day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two and made between Frances BATEMAN widow of the one part and the said Thomas Swan CROKER of the other part and the said Frances BATEMAN having by said deed demised unto said Thomas Swan CROKER all that and those the dwelling house offices garden farm ground and premises situate at Clonliffe Parade aforesaid to hold unto the said Thomas Swan CROKER his executors administrators and assigns for the term of nine hundred years from the date of said lease and whereas the said Charles SMYTH having lent and secured to the said Thomas Swan CROKER a sum of two hundred pounds sterling as in said deed mentioned and said Thomas Swan CROKER ????? in said houses various articles of household furniture an inventory whereof is hereunder annexed the said Thomas Swan CROKER hath assigned and made over unto the said Charles SMYTH all that and those the said house and garden front garden and premises as herein before mentioned and also all the furniture as by said schedule annexed to hold unto the said Charles SMYTH his heirs exors administrators and assigns for the said term of nine hundred years from the first day of August one thousand eight hundred and twenty two until such time as said sum of two hundred pounds with all the interest thereon is fully paid off and discharged and in which deed is also contained a clause of redemption and which said deed and memorial are as presently witnessed by John FLEMING Witness present
