To the Register appointed by act of parliament for registering deeds wills and so forth. A memorial of a deed of marriage settlement bearing the date the seventeenth of June one thousand eight hundred and twenty six and made between Thomas Swan CROKER of Clonliffe in the county of Dublin Esquire of the first part Anne WOLFE of Belcamp Cottage near Balbriggan in said county spinster of the second part Reverend Courtenay TURNER of Balrothery Glebe and Reverend Galbraith FENT and James FENTON both of Balbriggan in the county of Dublin Esquire of the third part after reciting a marriage intended to be had and solemnized between the said Thomas Swan CROKER and the said Anne WOLFE and that the said Anne WOLFE was seized and entitled to a personal fortune consisting of the principal sum of five hundred pounds secured by bond or allegation bearing the date the twenty fifth day of March one thousand eight hundred and twenty one executed by Thomas SHERRARD of the city of Dublin Esquire Richard BRASSINGTON of the same city Land Surveyor John BRASSINGTON of Ballymacamty in the county of Dublin Esquire with legal interest together with a warrant of Attorney for ?? Judgement thereon bearing equal date therewith and which bond and warrant were executed by Martha WOLFE of the town of Balbriggan in the county of Dublin widow and administratrix of Philpot Rogerson WOLFE late of Balbriggan aforesaid Esquire deceased the mother of the said Anne WOLFE and intrust for the said Anne being the amount of a legacy bequeathed by the will of her father the said Philpot Rogerson WOLFE bearing the date of sixteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and eighteen and which will had been proved in the Court of Prerogative in Ireland and probate granted to the said Martha WOLFE and that the said Anne WOLFE was also entitled to a further sum of one hundred pounds being part of the produce of a certain mortgage in said will and deed of settlement also mentioned the said Anne WOLFE for the considerations in said settlement mentioned by and with the consent and approbation of the said Thomas Swan CROKER signified by being party to and signing and sealing the same granted and bargained demised assigned transferred and made over unto the said Courtenay TURNER and Galbraith FENTON or the survivor of them his executors and administrators all and singular the said personal property and effects consisting of the aforesaid bond and warrant of attorney for said sum of five hundred pounds and interest thereon and the said sum of one hundred pounds being part of the money so secured by said mortgage therein and herein before mentioned together with all sum and sums of money to grow due thereon said two sums of money being together the sum of six hundred pounds to hold the sums unto the said Courtenay TURNER and Galbraith FENTON and the survivor of them his executors and administrators in trust to pay the interest arising from said sum of six hundred pounds to the said Martha WOLFE the mother and Elizabeth WOLFE spinster sister of the said Anne WOLFE is said deed named and the survivor of them during the life of the said Thomas Swan CROKER party thereto to and for her and their sole and only use in equal shares and proportions and in case of death of both said Elizabeth and Martha WOLFE the said Thomas Swan CROKER being then living then in trust to pay the interest of said sums to said Anne WOLFE during the term of her natural life to and for her own sole use without the control of her said intended husband or being in any manner liable to his debts or engagemnts and from and after the decease of said Anne WOLFE then in trust to pay and divide said principal sum and interest to and amongst the issue of said intended marriage if such should be then living in such manner shares and proportions as said Anne WOLFE should by deed or will duly executed and attested direct limit and appoint and for default of such appointment to and amongst such issue share and share alike and if but one child then to such only and in case there should be no issue of said intended marriage living at the decease of said or living issue all of them should die previous to her decease then in trust to buy over said sums principal and interest to the right heirs of said Anne WOLFE to and for his and their only use and behoof and said settlement recited that the said Anne also entitled to an estate in remainder in the sum of six hundred pounds therein mentioned in the event of her surviving her said sister Elizabeth WOLFE the said deed of settlement witnessed that the said Anne WOLFE for the considerations therein mentioned and with the like consent as aforesaid grant bargained sold assigned transferred and made over to the said Courtenay TURNER and Galbraith FENTON and the survivor of them his executor and administrators all the aforesaid estate in remainder or expectancy in said sum of six hundred pounds to which said Anne was or might become entitled on the decease of her said sister Elizabeth to hold the said sum of money or personal estate unto the said Courtenay TURNER and Galbraith FENTON and the survivor of them his executor and administrators to for and upon the like uses intents and purposes as were therein before expressed and declared of and concerning the aforesaid sums of five hundred pounds and the said deed of which this is a Memorial witnessed that the said Thomas Swan CROKER for the considerations therein mentioned granted bargained sold assigned transferred and made over unto the said James FENTON all the house and lands of Clonliffe with the appurtenances situate in the county of Dublin of which the said Thomas Swan CROKER was seized and possessed for an unexpired term of years together with the furniture therein to hold unto the said James FENTON his executors and administrators in trust that from and after the decease of the therein names William CROKER son of the said Thomas Swan CROKER without lawful issuethen to the sole and only use of said Anne his intended wife in the event of her being then living and from and after the decease of the said Anne then to and amongst the issue of said intended marriage in such manner shares and proportions as said Anne should by deed or by her last will and testament in writing direct and appoint and for default of such appointment then to and amongst such issue in equal shares and if but one child then to such only child and in the case there should be no issue of said intended marriage at the decease of the said Anne or being issue all of them should be then dead then in trust for the right heirs of the said Thomas Swan CROKER to and for his and their only use and behoof which said deed as to the execution thereof by the said Thomas Swan CROKER Anne WOLFE Reverend Galbraith FENTON and James FENTON is witnessed bu Thomas TURNER of the city of Dublin solicitor and Emily TURNERwife of the Reverend Cournenay TURNER of Balrothery Glebe in the county of Dublin and this memorial as to the execution thereof by the said Thomas Swan CROKER and Anne CROKER otherwise WOLFE his wife is witnessed by the said Thomas TURNER and Gilbert GILBERT of the said city of Dublin gentlemen

The within named Thomas TURNER maketh oath and saith that he is a subscribing witness to the deed of marriage settlement of which the within writing is a memorial and also to the within memorial and saith he saw the said deed duly executed bythe within named Thomas Swan CROKER Anne WOLFE Reverend Courtenay TURNER Reverend Galbraith FENTON and James FENTON the executing parties thereto and also saw the within memorial duly executed by the said Thomas Swan CROKER and Anne CROKER otherwise WOLFE his wife and saith the name Thomas TURNER subscribed as a witness to the execution of said deed and Memorial respectively is this deponents proper name and handwriting and saith he delivered said deed and memorial respectively to Oliver MOORE Esquire Deputy Register in the Register Office on the Inns Quay in the city of Dublin the first day of March instant at or near Two O'clock in the afternoon of the said day Thomas TURNER Sworn before me this first day of March 1827 Sworn Oli MOORE Dep Rg A true copy W Lipurell
